You have about 15 grams of hyaluronic acid (HA) in your body and a third of that is broken down and synthesized every day. It is one of your body's most important lubricants. It ensures that your joints move smoothly and allows your muscles to slide easily over each other.

Hyaluronic acid is also an important part of your skin. It is produced in the cells in your dermis and is found in high concentrations in the basal layer of your skin. There, hyaluronic acid retains water and helps tissue repair.

Main ingredients:

Hyaluronic Acid – holds its own weight in moisture up to 10 times more and is intensively moisturizing with an immediate plumping effect. Improves absorption of products applied afterwards.

Probiotics – this serum contains 1 million inactive Lactobaccilus bacteria per ml (level 3) and also an extract of lysed bacterial cells (level 2). These probiotic extracts can signal to skin cells to improve barrier function and reduce trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL).
Prebiotic Blend – Esse's proprietary prebiotic blend contains Inulin, Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharides and Yacon Root Extract to promote the growth of beneficial microbes.

Myrothamnus extract – this extract from the Namibian resurrection plant is packed with antioxidants and has a fast-acting moisturizing effect that lasts for about 24 hours. Rooibos and Olive Leaf extracts are antioxidants and protect collagen and elastin.

How do you use the Hylaruonic Serum?

Use the Esse Hyaluronic Serum in the evening on the face, neck and décolleté followed by your favorite moisturizer . You can also use it under the Esse Cream Mask for a deeper effect and better results from that mask.
